Hello! My name is Hiltje,

I am a Dutchie and have been living in Romania since 1997. I would love to teach you my mother-tongue "Nederlands".  

I like to impart Dutch daily-life culture, history, and traditions in our lessons and conversations. As a professional speech therapist, I enjoy working one-to-one, and preparing a program just for you! You may be a kid, a teenager or an adult, a beginner or already advanced. My passion is teaching you to speak, write, and read Dutch while simultaneously developing your practical listening and grammar skills. 

I have lot of materials and expertise to help you prepare for ALL the official Nt2 exams, which  I like to share with  you!  I also tutor schoolchildren in German, English and Romanian with their homework (and naturally Dutch and Frisian for my own kids 🙂).

In your first lesson, we will establish your learning goals, how we will reach them together and what means we will use.
