Acquiring a language is a very interesting process and a lot of people love to learn about culture or history. I like to introduce these subjects to my students for better assimilation of the language.
A learning environment should be calm but lessons should be fun and interesting, and that is how I like to teach my students.
My name is Suse. I'm from Portugal and I'm currently living in France. I taught Portuguese at a Chinese university for 3 years before returning to Europe. Since then, I teach European-Portuguese online.

Suse is an excellent Portuguese teacher. I started working with her less than one year ago and passed my A2/CIPLE exam in May and am preparing for my B1/DEPLE exam in November. I have confidence that I will pass under her strong tutelage.

Suse is a very professional teacher, and also knows how to keep the lessons fun while moving forward in a progressive manner. I am a self-learner by nature but was hitting a wall without professional lessons. My lessons with Suse have been so helpful and I now see the barriers breaking down. She is very good about making sure I am pronouncing words correctly, and using them how they would be used in both formal and informal settings. The exercise have helped my listening skills tremendously. Suse, thank you so much for your help!
